Ireland's Fittest Family, 6.30pm, RTÉ One

Laura Fox (below) leads the charge as the search for the nation's fittest family continues.

Coaches Sonia O'Sullivan, Nina Carberry, Davy Fitzgerald and Donncha O'Callaghan train families from Tipperary, Waterford and Carlow to compete in relay races, balance high above the ground and haul sacks of potatoes.

The two families with the highest scores will go through to the semi-finals.
