Nelly Furtado, Four Tet and Bicep are among the first wave of acts to be announced for Forbidden Fruit Festival 2024.

The Dublin city centre festival, which takes place on the June bank holiday weekend on the grounds of The Royal Hospital in Kilmainham, is now in its twelfth year.

With hits such as I'm Like a Bird, Promiscuous and Maneater, headliner Furtado is sure to delight crowds while making her Irish festival debut at Forbidden Fruit 2024.

Furtado last played in Ireland at Slane in 2000.

After a year which saw him close the Coachella main stage alongside collaborators Fred Again… & Skrillex, Kieran Hebden AKA Four Tet will be bringing his show to close the main stage of Forbidden Fruit next year.

Belfast electronic duo Bicep, who will return to Dublin after a sell-out 3Arena show on St Patrick's Day, acclaimed rapper Freddie Gibbs, Barry Can't Swim and Le Boom will also be playing next year's festival.

Four Tet to close main stage at Forbidden Fruit 2024

DJ and singer-songwriter Nia Archives, Welsh duo Overmono, hip hop act Frankie Stew & Harvey Gunn and Berlin-based DJ Sally C have been confirmed for the line-up, while electronic icons Groove Armada will be playing a DJ set.

More acts will be announced in due course.

Forbidden Fruit takes place on Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 June 2024.

Tickets go on general sale at 9am on Wednesday 29 November via Ticketmaster and usual outlets priced from €129 including booking fee.
