The Magheragallon men just didn't turn up but Naomh Conaill were supreme with Ethan O’Donnell giving one of many brilliant individual displays.

In all, Naomh Conaill had ten different scorers on the day.

Donegal manager Jim McGuinness was in attendance in Ballybofey

Naomh Conaill put in a brilliant opening half in the Donegal final. They had two points on the board on four minutes and missed two more. But they soon found the range again being 0-05 to no score up before Michael Roarty had the first of only two points in the half for Gaoth Dobhair.

The flow of points was easy on the eye for Naomh Conaill with Jeaic Mac Ceallabhuí, Ciaran Thompson with his left and right and Ultan Doherty finding the range to have them 0-09 to 0-02 ahead at the break.

Gaoth Dobhair did get a couple of early second half scores but Naomh Conaill responded every time. Charles McGuinness finished a goal midway through the half and even though Gaoth Dobhair got a consolation goal, it was never enough.
